Mission Honours Class of 2021

On 22nd December 2021, the first ever formal graduation event for Kenyan Students studying in Algeria was celebrated. During the event eighteen students were recognized for their successful completion of courses in various disciplines.

While addressing the graduands, the Ambassador congratulated them for having achieved the academic milestone of attaining University Degrees acknowledging that the process may have been long but has finally panned out.  He compared the journey undertaken to the biblical grain of wheat that fell to the ground, died, remained alone, and then sprung forth life and bore much fruit. He lauded their grit and determination which has enabled them earn qualifications,  knowledge, diverse skills, expertise and the potential that can be harnessed into Kenya’s national development agenda

Ambassador Angore further encouraged them to soar as the eagle that Algeria has made them to be and exhibit the good harvest from that single grain of wheat that came all the way from Kenya. He reminded that that  there are great expectations placed on their shoulders by their families and relatives and above all, by the Republic of Kenya and should therefore distinguish themselves in all that they will do in the future so that the many years of study in Algeria are not in vain.
