On Wednesday 27^th April 2022, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and National Community Abroad Ramtane Lamamra on behalf of President of the Republic Abdelmadjid Tebboune signed the condolence book at the Kenyan Embassy in Algiers following the death of the Former President of the Republic of Kenya, H.E. Hon. Mwai Kibaki CGH.

The Minister presented his sincere condolences to the Republic of Kenya, the President, Government and People. In his message he recollected the achievements of the deceased, who was the third President of the country during the period from 2003 to 2013 praising the footprint he left on the national and continental level, as well as on the historical relations of brotherhood and cooperation between Algeria and Kenya.

The Minister also lauded the noble principles and values that unite the two brotherly countries stemming from their common struggle for liberation.
